Accounts can be marked inactive if they is no longer needed. This could be a customer who is no longer actively taking lessons, or a coach who is no longer working. Inactive users will be prevented from logging in, and will not appear in various lists on the site.

Inactive accounts WILL appear:

  • Existing lessons and classes on the calendar
  • Class attendance
  • Reports

Inactive accounts WON’T appear:

  • Billing
  • QuickBooks
  • Scheduling new lessons and classes
  • Permissions

Mark account inactive

To deactivate an account:

  1. In the Users menu, click Customers or Staff.
  2. Click Details next to the user.
  3. Next to the Account box, click Change Status.
  4. Select Inactive.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Return account to active

Follow the same steps above, but in Step 4 select Active instead.
