The store is comprised of a number of store listings. Each listing represents a package type available for purchase. You should set up a separate listing for each package type you’d like to sell in the store.

Step 1 - Create a package type

If you haven’t already, create a package type to sell. Then continue with the steps below.

Step 2 - Open the Store page

  1. Go to Site Settings, and then click Store.
  2. Click Add Listing.

Step 3 - Select general options

In the General area, select the following options.

  • Package Type - Sets which package type will be added to the customer’s account.
  • Description - This is displayed in the store to all customers viewing the listing.
  • Price - This is the amount that will be charged to the customer’s card.

Step 4 - Select permissions

Here you can select which customers have access to this listing.

  • Purchase Permissions - Sets which customers are allowed to purchase this package. Customers that do not have permission will not see the listing displayed in the store. There are several choices available.
    • Everyone - All customers.
    • Current members - Only customers with an active membership at the time of purchase. You can allow all membership types, or require a specific membership type.
    • Current non-members - Only customers without an active membership.
    • Specific group - Only customers belonging to a specific group.
  • Sell Dates - These are the dates that the listing will be displayed in the store. This setting applies to all customers regardless of the permissions set above.
  • Require Membership - Requires that the customer have an active membership during the package time period in order to use the package. If the customer buys the package but does not have a membership during the same time period as the package, then the package will be disabled until the customer buys a membership.

Step 5 - Select dates

Customers will select a specific starting date for each package they purchase. Here you can select which dates are available.

  • Dates - Choose which dates you’d like to be available for purchase. For more information about this option, please see these example listing dates.
  • Earliest Date - This option will appear for certain Dates selections.
  • Latest Date - This option will appear for certain Dates selections.

Step 6 - Save

  1. Click Add Listing.

The store listing will be created, and you will be brought back to the Store page.

Delete

If you are no longer wish to sell the package in the store, then you can delete the store listing. This will stop all sales of the package in the store. If you wish to sell the package again in the future, you can create a new listing.

  1. Go to Site Settings, and then click Store.
  2. Click Edit next to the store listing.
  3. Click Delete at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Delete Listing.
