Individual credits can be used to record payment for lessons or classes that may not have been scheduled yet. They work the same as package credits, except they are added manually instead of being added as part of a package. Each credit is valid for a specific lesson or class type, as well as a specific date range.
Matching
Individual credits use the same matching system as package credits. When a credit is added to a customer’s account, it will automatically match to a qualifying lesson or class. The lesson or class might already exist or it might be booked in the future. If the lesson or class is cancelled, then the credit will automatically match to another lesson or class.
