Additional options are available to change how packages function. Any changes to these options do not apply retroactively; they will only apply to new packages going forward.
How to change package options
- Go to Site Settings.
- In the Billing group, click Settings.
- Select the desired settings, then click Save Changes. See below for detailed explanations of the available settings.

Automatically Book Classes
This setting automatically signs customers up for classes when a package is added to their account. Classes are booked when either:
- A manager adds a package to a customer account
- A customer buys a package through the store
There are some conditions for when classes can be automatically booked. The customer will not be added to classes if these conditions are not met.
- The customer must be an individual account or individual child account in a family. Family accounts themselves cannot have any classes booked.
- The package credit must be valid for a single, specific class type. If the credit is valid for multiple class types or is a wildcard (any) class type, then no class will be booked.
- The class must have an open spot.
- The class must not occur past the booking deadline.
- If the package is bought by the customer and booking permissions are set on their account, then the customer must also have permission for the class. If a manager adds a package to a customer account then the customer will always be added to the class regardless of permissions.
