To add a lesson or class credit to a customer account, select a customer and then select credit options. Matching is done automatically based on the options you select.
Step 1 - Open the Packages page
- In the Billing menu, click Overview.
- Select a customer.
- Click Credits.
- Click Add Lesson Credit or Add Class Credit.
Step 2 - Select options
Select the following options:
- Type - Which types of lessons or classes are valid to be matched to this credit.
- Quantity- How many credits to add.
- Effective Start - The date of the earliest lesson or class to match.
- Effective End - The date of the latest lesson or class to match.
Step 3 - Save
Click Add Credit.
The credit(s) are now added to the customer account. If any lessons or classes can be matched to the credit, they will be matched automatically.
