To add a lesson or class credit to a customer account, select a customer and then select credit options. Matching is done automatically based on the options you select.

Step 1 - Open the Packages page

  1. In the Billing menu, click Overview.
  2. Select a customer.
  3. Click Credits.
  4. Click Add Lesson Credit or Add Class Credit.

Step 2 - Select options

Select the following options:

  • Type - Which types of lessons or classes are valid to be matched to this credit.
  • Quantity- How many credits to add.
  • Effective Start - The date of the earliest lesson or class to match.
  • Effective End - The date of the latest lesson or class to match.

Step 3 - Save

Click Add Credit.

The credit(s) are now added to the customer account. If any lessons or classes can be matched to the credit, they will be matched automatically.
