You can change the colors used for displaying lessons on the calendar. These settings will apply to all customers and staff viewing the calendar.

Change lesson colors on the calendar

  1. In the top right corner, click Site Settings.
  2. Click Colors.
  3. In the Lessons section, select a color for each lesson type.
  4. In the Backgrounds section, select the background colors displayed in each calendar block on the calendar.
    • Available - The calendar block is available for new lessons.
    • Restricted by lesson policies - The calendar block is available but restricted by scheduling policies.
    • Unavailable - The calendar block is unavailable.
  5. In the Paid Lessons section, select the following options.
    • Enabled for Managers - Whether managers will see paid lessons displayed in a different color.
    • Enabled for Customers - Whether customers will see paid lessons displayed in a different color.
    • Paid Lessons (All Types) - The color to use for paid lessons, if any of the above options are selected.
  6. In the Complete Lessons and Classes section, select whether lessons that have passed should be shown in a different color.
  7. Click Save Changes.
