New accounts are automatically signed up for certain email notifications. Users can customize their notifications at any time by clicking Settings section on the top right, and then clicking Notifications. They can change which notifications they would prefer to receive, as well as add additional email addresses or phone numbers.
Students
New student accounts will receive these notifications:
- Alerts about new lesson bookings and cancellations
- Reminders 24 hours before lessons
- Club announcements
- Billing notifications
Family vs. individual accounts
Billing - will always go directly to the family account. Child accounts cannot receive billing emails.
Announcements - Emails sent directly to the family will only be sent to the family. Emails sent directly to a child account will also be sent to the family account.
Scheduling - goes to the family account as well as child accounts. Family accounts receive notifications for all child accounts. This can be customized by turning off scheduling notifications for the family account, and adding the email address individually to each child account for which you wish to receive notifications. The settings for each child account can then be changed individually.
Coaches
New coach accounts will receive these notifications:
- Daily schedule summary
- Club announcements
Managers
New manager accounts will receive these notifications:
- Alerts about new account registrations
- Club announcements
