Customers can be allowed to access different portions of their account billing activity. Each of the settings below, if enabled, will allow customers to access a page in their account showing the relevant billing information.
Changing billing settings
- Go to Site Settings, and then click Pages.
- Choose what information you’d like to make visible to customers.
- Invoices - Show customers any published invoices in their account. If payments are set up, then customers will also have a pay option for any invoices with an open balance. This option is required if the store is enabled, since customers need to be able to view invoices from their store purchases.
- Packages - Show customers all packages in their account. This option is required if the store is enabled, since customers need to be able to view any packages they have just purchased.
- Store - Show the store to all customers . This option requires payments to be set up first.
- Membership - Show customers all membership records in their account. This includes both memberships added individually by a manager, as well as memberships included in a package.
- Credits - Show customers all individual credits in their account.
- Unbilled - Show customers a list of their unpaid services that have not yet been invoiced.
- Click Save Changes.
Billing
All billing is done through the family account. Any cards saved to child accounts become read-only and cannot be charged.
Child accounts can schedule but not purchase from the store.
Packages and memberships can be for family or child account.
