By default, customers are allowed to book lessons and classes regardless of their account billing status.
Customers can be required to pay upfront before scheduling lessons and classes. This means they must have open package or individual credits in order to schedule. If they do not have any openings, then they will be blocked when attempting to schedule.
This option can be used in conjunction with the store to allow the booking process to be completely self-contained. Customers can buy packages from the store, and then schedule lessons and classes, all without any staff intervention.
Pay upfront, if enabled, only affects customers. Staff can always book lessons and classes on behalf of a customer.
