Each customer has an individual billing section where you can view their invoices, packages, and other billing-related items. This article explains the different pages in this section.

Viewing customer data

To view the billing data for a specific customer:

  1. In the Billing menu, click Overview.
  2. Select a customer.
  3. Select one of the following pages:
    • Overview (Account) - This contains account functionality.
    • Registration Form - This is the user’s registration form data.
    • Overview (Billing) - This page shows a summary of the customer’s billing data, including total unbilled items, invoice balances, and membership status.
    • Sales - This page shows all the customer’s invoices and invoice payments. You can add, edit, print, and delete invoices and payments.
    • Unbilled Items - This page shows a list of all the customer’s services that have not been added to an invoice, sent to QuickBooks, or marked as paid. The list can be filtered by date so that you can easily work with only a specific time period.
    • Lessons - A list of all lessons the customer has scheduled.
    • Classes - A list of all classes the customer has scheduled.
    • Packages - A list of the customer’s packages.
    • Credits - A list of all the customer’s credits.
    • Membership - A list of all the customer’s membership records.
    • Charges - A list of all the customer’s charges.
    • Billing History - Shows a complete history of all billing actions performed on this account.
